Financial Information

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or CareCredit. Financial arrangements are made prior to each dental visit in order to help patients know what to expect and prevent misunderstanding. One of our business assistants will be glad to assist you.

As a convenience, Cedar Lake Dental Professionals, Ltd. will submit insurance claims on your behalf for services provided at our office. Regardless of insurance benefits, fees for all first appointments are required at the time of the visit. After insurance membership has been verified, co-payments are made at each appointment if they apply.
